The client

A well-established Polish manufacturer of construction chemicals and waterproofing materials, focused on optimizing high-volume production through the strategic implementation of industrial automation and digital process control.

Business needs

The transfer process between tanks was already executed within the existing control system, but there was no tool allowing convenient analysis of historical operations. Process data was dispersed and difficult to interpret in the context of individual transfers. The goal of the project was to develop a reporting system enabling fast searching, filtering, and exporting of data related to material transfers between tanks.

Our solution

We developed a comprehensive reporting environment that transforms raw automation data into actionable insights. The solution entailed:

    Implementation of logic that records each transfer between tanks as a separate report record.

    Recording of key information such as date and time of operation, target weight, delivered weight, source tank, destination tank, and operator.

  3. Advanced data filtering

    Ability to filter reports by time range, tanks, and materials.

  4. HMI reporting interface

    Dedicated report screen for quick viewing of transfer history.
