Business needs

While the Institute generates cutting-edge innovations, the emerging spin-off teams lacked the strategic foundation and operational know-how required for effective commercialization. The goal was not only to accelerate two specific pilots but to build a reusable, scalable internal engine that would allow the Institute to support future ventures autonomously.
